The Dallas-based firm has enlisted Updata to automate the collection and analysis of US energy data. Blacklion Capital Management, a Dallas, Texas-based money manager offering investment advisory services in futures and futures options, has partnered with London-based technical analysis software provider Updata to add data about storage of natural gas and petroleum from the US Energy Information Administration (EIA) to the Updata Analytics platform, to help the firm identify long-term trends in the US energy markets.
